We invite all SoTL practitioners or those interested in SoTL from all career stages to join us at the EuroSoTL 2025 conference from the 18th to the 20th of June in Groningen, the Netherlands.

The maximum amount of attendees to the conference is set at 300 participants.
In case of an overwheliming number of registrations, we will give priority to registrations that have made a contribution to EuroSoTL 2025.
In case of an overwhelming number of registrations, we will give prioriry to European reasearchers.

Buddy System for conference attendees
The EuroSoTL 2025 conference will make use of a buddy system. The buddy system pairs experienced conference attendees with newcomers to create a supportive and enriching experience for all participants. Experienced attendees ("buddies") provide guidance on navigating the event, sharing insights on sessions and networking opportunities. New attendees benefit from personalized support, helping them feel more confident and engaged. This system fosters connections, promotes knowledge sharing, and ensures everyone can make the most of their conference experience.

Fringe sessions
Fringe sessions are interactive and fun sessions that provide participants with an opportunity to relax during the conference. These sessions will take place during the lunch breaks on the days of the conference and the sessions themselves should last up to an hour.
