You can only apply if you have received the graduation notification regarding your graduation date.

Requests must be approved by the Central Examination Office. It may therefore take several weeks before this request is processed. Once your request has been approved, you will receive information with instructions on how to make an appointment at our desk.

Please note: The authorized representative must be able to identify himself when collecting the diploma. That person must therefore bring a valid ID in order to actually receive the diploma. Do note that you need to sign the diploma when you have received it in order for it to be an official document.
