Send diploma by registered mail

Please note!

You can only apply if you have received a message from the Office for Student Affairs that your diploma is ready and if you are not residing in the Netherlands. 

Requests to send a diploma must be approved by the Central Examination Office. It may therefore take several weeks before this request is processed. Requests are only processed for students living outside the Netherlands.

 

The diploma is always sent by registered mail. Nevertheless, there remains a certain risk that it will get lost in the post. The risk that the diploma does not arrive lies entirely with the student. We cannot make a new diploma once your diploma is lost. If you want the diploma to be sent, you must agree to this risk. Only then can we have your diploma sent by registered mail.
Choose one of the options:
In principle, the diploma is sent to the address which is known to us in Progress. If you want to receive the diploma at a different address, please indicate which - complete - address (with telephone number) this should be. In addition, for an additional check, please mention the address that is known to us in Progress.
