Deadline of registration is set on September 15th (with abstract) or October 1st, 2018 (without
abstract). Be aware that there is a limited capacity of 150 participants.

You will receive an invoice as soon as possible. Attendance to the meeting will be confirmed after
payment.*

* Cancellation statement & Transfer of registration
Unfortunately restitution of the fee is not possible. Transfer of your registration to another person
isacceptable.The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be communicated
to the organization (oepm2018@rug.nl) prior to the conference.

Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the meeting.

Abstract submission

Poster presentations are welcome as long as the topic is relevant for the meeting

The abstracts for oral presentations will be reviewed by the scientific committee.
Authors of abstracts that are selected for an oral presentation will be informed
before October 10.

The deadline for abstract submission is September 15, 2018.
Please follow the guidelines provided in the abstract submission form
attached to your confirmation of registration (by email).
