The residence permit card is issued by the IND.
Please send us a scanned copy of your MVV visa (long-term multiple entry visa) once you have collected it.

The MVV is issued in the form of a sticker in your passport. The MVV allows someone to enter the Netherlands.

It is important for you to know that once you collect the MVV, it will only be valid for 3 months. This means that you will have to enter the Netherlands within 3 months after collecting the MVV. You can collect your residence permit card in the Netherlands.
Please note that in order to keep this residence permit, you will have to submit the statement in the attachment to the e-mail you received earlier. Please print and fill out the document in the attachment, sign, scan and upload in this form.

IMPORTANT! If we have not received this document from you before 1 December 2023, we are afraid that we must inform the IND that you do not have sufficient income. Consequently, they will cancel your residence permit retroactively per 1 September 2023.
