Are you a non-EU/EEA student or staff member holding a valid residence permit for study or research?
In case you will leave the Netherlands for a period of study or research abroad you must report to the Immigration Service Desk by filling out the webform below. This must be done at least six weeks prior to the date you will be starting in the third country.
Important!
Not filling out this webform truthfully or in time may result in your residence permit being revoked by the Dutch government (IND). Any costs resulting from the loss of your Dutch residence permit (e.g. a new residence permit application) will have to be borne by the residence permit holder.
By filling out the webform and pressing 'submit' at the bottom of this page, you will send information on your stay abroad to the Immigration Service Desk. They will process this information and, if necessary, will start up the appropriate procedures to keep your residence permit valid. |
