Certified copies needed for approval:
Exemption requests will only be taken into consideration after the certified copies of the (degree certificate and) transcript of studies have been handed in to the Board of Examiners (applicable to categories 2 and 5). This can be done in soft copy (so digitally), but needs to be sent directly from the institution who granted the degree and/or transcript of studies. This form only provides the Board of Examiners with unofficial soft (digital) copies.

Please be aware that if you are using UG-components for categories 2 and 5, no certified copies will be needed, as these components are already registered in the UG systems. *

I am aware that I still have to hand in certified copies of my (degree certificate and) transcript of studies in order to allow the Board of Examiners to start processing my exemption request for the categories 2 and 5.
